These
tables show the companies with the highest percentages of
cash (less borrowings) in relation to their shareholders’
funds including intangibles.
The first column has been used for the percentage of cash
shown by the last annual report and the second for the price-to-cash
per share. The third column adds quoted investments to cash
to give an idea of the potential cash position, even if
some of the investments may not be readily realisable at
all times.
The remaining four columns are devoted to gross gearing,
PCF, the prospective PER and the PTBV, on the assumption
that these statistics will be of particular interest to
investors searching for asset situations.
