Alistair Darling MP presents Award for
Excellence to members of the REFS team.
REFS was voted the 1997 Best Product For Private Investors by readers of The Investor Magazine and members of ProShare Investment Clubs.

The award was presented by Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Alistair Darling MP at the annual ProShare awards at The Dorchester Hotel.
Commenting on the award, Peter Scott, then Publisher of REFS said:

were thrilled and honoured that private investors put REFS ahead of
all the other products they could have voted for. Private investor access
to information has improved dramatically in recent years and it is very
gratifying to have our contribution recognised in this way. We expect
