Major shareholders
are listed in order of size for the first share class shown.
If an increased or decreased holding has been reported within
the past six months, an indicator (e.g. ‘5+’) is shown alongside
the percentage holding. Interpretation of this indicator is
covered under the heading ‘
Last significant dealing transaction’.
The list
of major shareholders includes, under the name of the actual
beneficial holder, any large holding (i.e. more than 3.00%)
declared as non-beneficial by a director.
(NOTE:
Any beneficial directors’ holdings are listed as such, regardless
of size.)
