Share
capital
Each class
of share is listed, showing the current number of shares in
issue (e.g. 124m) and a description (e.g. 25p Ords). All classes
are shown, including preference shares, warrants and convertibles.
The main class of equity share is listed first.
The total
percentage held by major shareholders and by directors is noted
after each class of share, unless this is less than 0.01%. The
notation ‘[d]’ follows when any director has dealt in the shares
during the preceding six months.
The total
percentage held by major shareholders includes:
the holdings of each major shareholder, whether corporate or
personal
large non-beneficial holdings (i.e. more than 3.00%) of individual
directors, for example held through directorships of large corporate
shareholders, or through employee pension funds
(NOTE:
Directors’ non-beneficial holdings below 3.00% are not shown.)
The total
percentage held by directors includes:
the beneficial holdings of each director (aggregated with any
family holdings)
the beneficial holdings of any director who is also a major
shareholder (i.e. with a beneficial holding of more than 3.00%)
